Boy dies in blaze in Shanghai

A 7-year-old boy died in a fire in his house in the Pudong New Area in Shanghai at around 3pm on Tuesday.

The boy was found dead when firefighters extinguished the flames. Neighbors said his mother would leave him locked in the house when she was out.
