The couple runs a barbecue restaurant called "Chi Xiangyuan" located near the north gate of Tsinghua University.
The 4-year-old shop is famous not only for its good eating environment but also for its owner, who opened the restaurant while still a post graduate student at Tsinghua University.
The shop now has good reputation among students and has been highly praised by Internet users who share restaurant information online.
The couple found the 600-square-meter space after months of searching. Paying the rent has been difficult at times, but all problems can be solved if we are patient enough, said Huang, who never thought of giving up.
Though running a restaurant is not my ultimate goal, it is the first step for establishing my own career, he added.
