Dragon-themed rocket model on show in Shanghai

A dragon-themed exhibition was showcased at the Shanghai Natural History Museum on Wednesday to embrace the Year of the Dragon.

From Smart Dragon carrier rocket to China's ice-breaking research vessel "Snow Dragon," a series of dragon-themed models were presented.

The exhibition also unveiled gunpowder weapons in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). It　also provided interactive exhibits to attract visitors from across the country.

Chinese dragon, deeply rooted in Chinese civilization as cultural icons, has left an indelible mark on history, literature, art, folklore, and everyday life.
