U.S. names Mark Lambert as top China policy official

 

The U.S. government has named Mark Lambert as China coordinator and deputy assistant secretary of state for China, the State Department said on Friday. 

Lambert will oversee the Office of China Coordination in the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, according to the statement.
