(ECNS) -- China's newly appointed Ministry of National Defense spokesperson Jiang Bin made his official debut on Thursday.
Senior Colonel Jiang, born in southwest China's Sichuan in 1982, was admitted to the former PLA University of Foreign Languages in 1999.
In June 2024, he assumed office as Deputy Director General of the Information Department of China's Defense Ministry.
He pursued studies at the University of Birmingham in the UK, where he earned a master's degree in International Studies.
