Shooting in Chicago kills 1, injures 4

A shooting in Chicago killed one person and injured four others late Thursday, local police spokesman Tom Ahern said.

The shooting occurred at about 10:40 p.m. (GMT 0340 Friday) on the Near North Side of the third most populous city in the United States.

No more details about the suspect are available, nor other information behind the shooting has been released. An investigation is underway.
