The 13,000-square-meter facility features four indoor exhibition halls, five dens and five outdoor exercise areas. It is a key project marking the zoo's 120th anniversary. The pavilion is equipped with a smart management system for security, health monitoring and environmental control, as well as a customized misting system for the pandas. The first five pandas relocated to the new facility are Meng Lan, Bai Tian, Ji Nian, Fu Jiang and Fu Xing.
