Effective cooperation to support innovation is the most important task in the dynamic era, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a signed article published Thursday.
"Establishing effective cooperation to support innovation is the most important task in the dynamic era," Putin said in the article on the eve of the 25th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting to be held on Nov. 10-11 in Da Nang, Vietnam.
As such, Russia has put forward a number of specific initiatives, he added.
