Cui Jianwei aims to provide the freshest ice cream possible. In order to get fresh milk to make the best ice cream, he works with his friends to build a high-quality pasture to feed more than 80 cows in Beijing. Meanwhile, they refuse to use any processed food such as jam and fruit juice with additives in his ice cream. They even bake fresh nuts by themselves to use in the ice creams.
