Wu Jianben, commander of the 13th peacekeeping contingent to South Sudan, is making a speech at the expeditionary ceremony on behalf of the officers and men. 100 officers and men of the first echelon of the 13th Chinese peacekeeping contingent left the Ji'nan Yaoqiang International Airport for the Wau mission area in South Sudan on November 18, 2014, to carry out an eight-month-long peacekeeping mission.
