Canadian frigate visits Shanghai(4)

Commodore Bob (L), commander of the Fleet of the RCN, and Rear Admiral Li Yujie (R), commander of a maritime garrison command of the East China Sea Fleet of the Navy of the People's Liberation Army (PLAN) are holding talks.
