US Chief of Naval Operations visits 'Datong' warship

Adm. Jonathan Greenert visits the type-056 guided missile frigate "Datong" of the PLAN. Adm. Jonathan Greenert, US Chief of Naval Operations, arrived at the Lvshun Naval Base in Dalian, Northeast China's Liaoning province, and visited the newly commissioned type-056 guided missile frigate "Datong" and type-039B submarine of the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLAN) on July 17, 2014.
