Medical staff were spotted rushing to evaluate post-earthquake health care for quake-affected residents in the earthquake-hit Haidong City, northwest China's Qinghai Province on Wednesday.
Battling freezing temperatures, medical staff have made tremendous efforts to conduct comprehensive check-ups for pregnant and postpartum women, individuals with disabilities, and patients who have just recovered, to ensure the safety and well-being of the people in the disaster-affected areas to the fullest extent possible.
Doctors were also arranged to carry out household check-ups for newborn babies with daily visits and health guidance.
