Beijing continued to be blanketed by falling snow on Thursday.

The Summer Palace was covered in snow, attracting many tourists. Visitors dressed in Hanfu posed for photos and enjoyed snow at the palace.

"The snowflakes flying presents a romantic beauty, set off the magnificence of the Royal Garden," a tourist said.

Located in western outskirts of Beijing, the Summer Palace is an imperial garden of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) in China. The garden is renowned for its attractions such as the Pavilion of the Fragrance of Buddha and Seventeen Arch Bridge.

The Summer Palace is China's largest imperial garden and among the most noted classical gardens in the world. In 1998, it was listed as one of the World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
