Man creates unique sand sculpture on Qinhuangdao coast

(ECNS) -- An 80-year-old sand sculptor recently built a mountain dotted with green plants, cave-like doors and pagodas, by Beidaihe New Area in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province, attracting many passers-by.

Wang Wancai, who has been creating sand sculptures on the beach for more than six years, said he has painted since he was in school.

Working with the golden sand is a fun way to recall his childhood, said Wang.

Many local residents and tourists gave Wang's sand sculpture the thumbs-up, promoting his work online.
