(ECNS)--A golden takin has given birth to a 22-day-overdue cub at a zoo in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province.
The zoo's golden takin family has grown to 13 large individuals, making it the largest wild animal park to host golden takins in Jiangsu Province.
Golden takins are a national first-class protected animal.
It is one of the four national treasures of China, along with the giant panda, golden monkey and crested ibis.
