Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has said that bilateral ties between China and Mongolia are back on track, after Mongolia reaffirmed its respect for the one-China policy. The announcement came after Wang met his Mongolian counterpart, Tsend Munkh-Orgil, in Beijing on Monday. China cancelled talks on loans and economic projects, and imposed fees on commodity imports from Mongolia, after exiled Tibetan religious leader, the Dalai Lama, visited Mongolia last November. Relations improved after Mongolia announced it would not invite the Dalai Lama to visit the country again.
