35 mln RMB cash stolen from armed vehicle in NE China

An armed vehicle carrying 35 million yuan in cash has been hijacked in Yingkou City in northeast China's Liaoning Province.

One suspect has been identified as Li Xunyi, the driver of the cash truck.

Li reportedly took six million RMB with him.

According to reports, four Agriculture Bank of China staff hijacked the armed cash carrier after bags of money was put inside.

Police has arrested one suspect, but the location of the suspect's three accomplices is still unknown.

Local police are seeking useful information that could lead to an arrest.
