Marriott International launches fifth brand in Changsha

Marriott International, Inc announced the opening of Four Points by Sheraton Changsha, Meixi Lake on December 8. Four Points by Sheraton Changsha, Meixi Lake is the first hotel from Four Points by Sheraton in Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province, and it is also the fifth hotel by Marriott International in Changsha. The opening of this hotel will further strengthen the brand influence of Four Points by Sheraton, while accelerating the market penetration for Marriott International in more of China's second-tier cities.

Located in heart of the Changsha's National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Four Points by Sheraton Changsha, Meixi Lake has direct entry to the BBG Meixi Shopping Mall.

The hotel has easy access to the Changsha South Railway Station via Metro Line 2, in addition to being only 40 kilometers away from the Changsha Huanghua International Airport (CSX).

The hotel offers 279 modern guestrooms and suites. Each guestroom is equipped with outstanding amenities and services to satisfy different needs during a stay, including the signature Comfort Bed, 42-inch flat-screen TV and wireless high-speed Internet access.

The hotel also has a variety of stylish dining options, including The Eatery, which offers a selection of buffet-style international dishes and The Lobby Lounge featuring the brand's signature brews with both local craft beers and international brands available. For Chinese food lovers, Chinese Spice is waiting to present feasts of traditional Xiang cuisine and authentic Cantonese-style dishes.

With more than 2,017 square meters of flexible multi-functional meeting space, the hotel has a 720 square-meter Grand Ballroom and eight multi-function rooms, all furnished with advanced visual and audio equipment, which can cater to different needs ranging from large-scale events, wedding ceremonies and corporate conferences, to boutique occasions such as private parties and banquets.
