Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Vladimir Norov and diplomats from over 20 countries have been visiting northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from March 30 to April 2, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying said on Friday.
More than 30 people visited Xinjiang's capital Urumqi, Kashgar and Aksu on the tour, Hua said.
