The 23rd China International Motorcycle Trade Exhibition (CIMAMotor 2025) kicked off on Friday at the Chongqing International Expo Center.
The event attracted 86,000 visitors on its opening day, including attendees from over 30 countries and regions.
Highlights of the four-day event include the CIMA Knights Selection Awards Ceremony, the Voge Riding Training Masters Challenge Qualifiers, and CIMAMotor Town, which showcases custom motorcycles and trendy bike accessories. On Saturday night, a drone light show themed around motorcycles illuminated the sky.

This year's exhibition emphasizes the industry's focus on electrification, intelligence, and connectivity. A record-breaking 950 exhibitors from countries such as the United States, Italy, Germany, France, and Japan are participating, representing the entire motorcycle and electric vehicle supply chain. Nearly 20 international procurement delegations are also attending.
According to customs statistics, China's motorcycle exports reached 36.76 million units last year, accounting for 55 percent of the global market. From January to July this year, exports increased by 31.29 percent year-on-year, while electric vehicle exports grew by 25.9 percent.
Chongqing is one of the few motorcycle-friendly cities in China.
Since its inception in 2002, the annual motorcycle event has grown into a leading global platform for showcasing new motorcycle products and technologies.
