Some "Tang Dynasty （618-907）maids and aristocrats" crossed time and space to enter the Xi'an Stele Forest Museum, the Xi'an Innovation Design Center and Xi'an City Wall to stage a fashion show of Tang style clothes on Jan 29.
The show was a part of the city's tourism industry promotion designed to attract more tourists during the upcoming Spring Festival holidays from Feb 5 to 12.
The dress show's designer was Chu Yan, an associate professor of Beijing Fashion College, who has many dazzling halos and labels, such as "the first female doctorate of Chinese fashion design", "2014 APEC leaders fashion designer", "one of China's top ten fashion designers", and "leader of Beijing's eight-minute fashion design for the 2018 Winter Olympic Games".
