China raises tariffs on imported U.S. products to 125%

(ECNS) -- China will raise additional tariffs on products imported from the United States to 125 percent, effective from Saturday, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council announced Friday.

This countermeasure follows the hefty tariff imposed by the Trump administration on Chinese exports.
