Kyrgyzstan has decided to quarantine passengers from Iran, South Korea, Italy and Japan, local media reported on Wednesday.
People arriving from the above countries, as well as from China, will be put in quarantine for 14 days, the report said, citing the Disease Prevention Department of Kyrgyzstan's Health Ministry.
The department noted that the list of countries could be supplemented depending on the global epidemiological situation.
According to data from the country's Health Ministry, there are no confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection in Kyrgyzstan.
