The Foreign Affairs Office of the Ministry of National Defense of the People's Republic of China (PRC) organized a briefing on China's network security situation for the military attachés to China on the morning of June 23, 2015. More than 80 military attachés from over 60 countries attended the briefing.

Zhao Zeliang, director of the network security coordination bureau of China's State Internet Information Office, gave an introduction to the policies and development of the network security in China.

Zhao Zeliang also answered the questions asked by the foreign military attachés about Internet construction, Internet freedom, Internet sovereignty, and coping with Internet thefts and cyberterrorism, etc.
