PLA to conduct live-ammunition shooting in Zhoushan sea area

The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) will conduct live-ammunition shooting in the related waters of the Huangdayang in Zhoushan sea area from 06:00 to 09:00, and from 14:00 to 18:00 of August 5, 2014, according to the official website of the Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) of the People's Republic of China (PRC).

During the period of time mentioned above, no vessel is allowed to enter the designated maritime areas. There are security vessels on the spot, which can be contacted through the channel VHF16. Vessels that sail near the prohibited waters are requested to keep listening to the channel VHF16 and follow the commanding of the security vessels.

The following are the coordination points for the lines drawn to demarcate the related prohibited waters:

(1)30°00′07″N、122°21′04″E;

(2)30°04′03″N、122°23′30″E;

(3)30°08′24″N、122°26′58″E;

(4)30°08′35″N、122°22′52″E;

(5)30°09′07″N、122°18′38″E;

(6)30°04′28″N、122°19′09″E.
