First field psychological protection shelter put into service

Recently, the Joint Logistics Department of the Jinan Military Area Command (MAC) of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) organized seven psychologists and PLA's first field psychological protection shelter to pay a special visit to the recruit battalion under the training group to provide psychological guiding and counseling service for 690 recruits.

The new field psychological protection equipment developed by the PLA No. 89 Hospital is equipped with advanced psychological intervention instrument and equipment and various sets of military psychological intervention systems, and is mainly used to provide psychological guiding and counseling, emergency intervention and comprehensive treatment for the personnel in wartime and in military operations other than war, and popularize psychological health education, guide group psychosocial behavior training and organize psychological health assessment in peacetime.
