Movable NEV charging pile unveiled in Shanghai

An enterprise in Shanghai carried out a trial run of the "door-to-door" NEV charging service at communities in Songjiang District.　

If there is no fixed charging pile, residents can place an order on their phone to call for a movable NEV charging pile to their own parking spot.　

Since the devices have been put into use, each one can charge 15 to 20 vehicles per day. Currently, there are professional staff to follow up on the service, but the fully automated "door-to-door" charging service will be realized in the future and fully charge a car in 5 to 10 minutes.
