Giant snowman set to welcome visitors to NE China's Harbin

On Tuesday, workers were busy adding the finishing touches to a giant snowman being built on the Songhua River banks in Harbin, northeast China%26rsquo;s Heilongjiang Province. 　

Wearing a red hat and holding a torch, the 20-meter-high snowman is getting ready to welcome visitors to its hometown. 　

Harbin is a popular travel destination during winter, thanks to its abundant ice and snow resources.
