Night market in S China offers immersive opportunity to experience traditional Chinese culture

A night market in Nanning, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region attracted crowds of residents and tourists on Saturday.

An array of handmade ornaments and snacks could be found in the many tented stalls at the night fair. 　

Performers dressed in traditional Chinese costumes turned the night market into a vibrant hub of traditional performances, such as fire-breathing shows, dragon dances, and traditional Chinese opera. 　

The night market upgraded, building the culture of the Tang Dynasty (618-907) into a signature of its tourism. 　

To attract more visitors, the night market has an in-depth exploration of "Chinese ancient style" elements and highlights the themes of night tours, folk experiences, food tasting, and scene interaction.
