Wood-engraved paintings on display in Tianjin

(ECNS) -- An exhibition of Yangliuqing wood-engraved paintings has been held in north China's Tianjin.

Yangliuqing wood-engraved paintings represent a traditional folk painting for Lunar New Year in Northern China.

With a history of over 400 years, the paintings emphasize themes closely connected to Chinese customs and lifestyles.
