Jinshan Temple 'afloat' on the water

(ECNS)-- Jinshan Temple is a tiny temple built on a small island in Fuzhou, Southeast China's Fujian Province.

Although there are no lofty pavilions or giant statues of Buddha, well-decorated carved wooden windows and other exquisite designs make it stand out from many temples in the region.

Visitors can admire the temple at the river bank or take a small boat to get close to it.
