Sanxingdui Ruins-themed lantern show held in Guanghan

(ECNS) -- An immersive lantern show themed "Sanxingdui Ruins" was staged Friday night, opening a window onto the ancient kingdom of Shu (221-263).

At the entrance, a group of lights designed to form a bronze mask with protruding eyes stood 3.2 meters tall and 3.4 meters wide.

Other striking lanterns imitated cultural relics like bronze statuette, gold masks and birds in bronze unearthed from Sanxingdui Ruins.
