21th Xuyi International Crayfish Festival kicks off in Jiangsu

(ECNS) -- Four hundred local fishermen began to fish crayfish as the 21th Xuyi International Crayfish Festival kicked off on Tuesday.

Top chefs cooked a variety of crayfish dishes on the spot, offering a feast for crayfish fans.

Multiple flavors of crayfish has attracted lots of people. The brand value of Xuyi's crayfish has reached 21.55 billion yuan (about $3.4 billion) so far.
