'Smart hand' helps the disabled move freely

(ECNS) -- A "smart hand" has become a spotlight at the 9th World Radar Expo in Nanjing.

Abstracting human actions into a signal processing process, it can conduct brain instruction deciphering, action signal purification and transmission, along with accurate realization of manipulators.

This "smart hand" is a mind-controlled hand, designed for the disabled. The engineer is wearing a "smart hand" bracelet, which can collect electromechanical signals. When he makes movements, the "smart hand" can identify what he wants to do. Then it can make the movements accordingly.

A mobile APP has been designed to facilitate the disabled. The algorithm will collect electromechanical signals onto a mobile phone, so the disabled can complete the operation and training.
