East China's Shouguang replenishes Beijing vegetable supply

(ECNS)--China's major vegetable-producing hub, Shouguang in Shandong Province provided more than 450 tons of vegetables daily to Beijing on Monday and Tuesday.

Local producers and delivery firms have activated emergency plans to ensure the capital's vegetable supply.

Beijing has closed its largest wholesale produce market Xinfadi following a resurgence of COVID-19 cases linked to the market.
