(ECNS) -- Temperatures have dropped as low as minus 25 degrees Celsius in Harbin,
Northeast China's Helongjiang Province.

But tourists are still keen to have fun on the icy ground.

Visitors lined up to ride a hovercraft, motorcycles and snow mobiles, enjoying the thrill of drifting across frozen Songhua River during an Ice and Snow Carnival at a winter sports park.

Hovercraft, also known as air-cushion vehicles, are amphibious vehicles capable of traveling over land, water, mud, ice and other surfaces.

Hovercrafters can enjoy the beautiful scenery spanning both sides of the river.
