(ECNS) -- Influenced by strong cold air, temperatures in Huma County, Daxinganling Prefecture of Heilongjiang Province dropped sharply recently.
The lowest temperature was -37.7℃ on December 5, the coldest day since the start of winter this year.
Morning mist and rime formed a spectacular scene along the local border with Russia.
