According to CCTV, ZXMOTO's pre-orders have surged, with full-year sales expected to approach 60,000 units and revenue projected to reach nearly 1.8 billion yuan (about $253 million).

Days earlier, the ZXMOTO 820RR won the Supreme Gold Award at the 2026 Canton Fair Design Awards. The motorcycle has a maximum output of 135 horsepower and accelerates from 0 to 100 kph (62 mph) in 2.81 seconds.

One of the world's premier circuit motorcycle racing series, the World Superbike Championship has long been dominated on the podium by European and Japanese brands such as Ducati, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Honda.
