Tokyo Olympics organizers agree to cap spectators at 10,000

The organizers of the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics said on Monday they'd agreed that up to 10,000 spectators would be allowed at venues during this summer's Games, providing the number does not exceed 50 percent of the stadium's capacity.
