Chinese mainland reports 10 new imported COVID-19 cases

The Chinese mainland reported 10 new imported COVID-19 cases Tuesday, bringing the total number of imported cases to 2,758, the National Health Commission said Wednesday.

Of the new imported cases, four were reported in Guangdong, three in Sichuan, and one each in Tianjin, Shandong and Henan, the commission said in its daily report.

Among all the imported cases, 2,590 had been discharged from hospitals after recovery, and 168 remained hospitalized, with three in severe conditions, the commission said.

No deaths had been reported from the imported cases.
