5.1-magnitude quake hits northwest China: CENC

A 5.1-magnitude earthquake hit Zhidoi County, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of northwest China's Qinghai Province at 9:34 a.m. Friday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was monitored at 34.90 degrees north latitude and 92.33 degrees east longitude, the center said in a statement.
