Japan's Suga says lower house of parliament not to be dissolved over COVID-19

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga said Wednesday that the lower house of parliament cannot be dissolved in the country's current COVID-19 situation and the ruling Liberal Democratic Party's leadership race will be held Sept. 29 as scheduled, according to local media reports.
