HKSAR chief executive: Gov't is building platform for dialogue to hear from public

Carrie Lam, chief executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Special Region (HKSAR), on Tuesday said the HKSAR government is working to build a platform for dialogue to hear from the public.

"We want to reach out to the communities as soon as possible," Lam said.
