Xi attends plenary meeting of delegation of PLA, armed police

President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, on Tuesday afternoon attended a plenary meeting of the delegation of People's Liberation Army (PLA) and armed police at the second session of the 13th National People's Congress, China's national legislature.
