First batch of exhibits for 137th Canton Fair arrives in Guangzhou
(ECNS) -- The first batch of imported exhibits for the 137th China Import and Export Fair, also known as Canton Fair, arrived in Guangzhou, South China's Guangdong Province from Turkey on Sunday, according to Guangzhou Customs.
These exhibits feature a total of 207 household appliances, including ovens, gas stoves, and range hoods.
With an exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters and 55 exhibition zones, the 137th Canton Fair will be held from April 15 to May 5. Enterprises from 50 countries and regions are expected to participate in the fair, with exhibits to involve household appliances, hardware machinery and equipment, and household textiles.
More exhibits from around the world will gradually arrive in Guangzhou ahead of the fair. Local ustoms authorities will set up a special clearance channel for the exhibits, offering priority custom clearance services.
