据三亚市公安局副局长徐冰介绍,三亚旅游警察主要的特点就是快速反应(quick to respond)、及时处置、果断处理,24小时执勤(be on duty 24 hours a day).旅游警察会及时了解掌握游客投诉(complaint)、举报情况,第一时间接受游客的报警、求助、咨询等.同时,根据游客投诉、举报线索,与旅游、工商、交通、海洋等部门快速联合执法,不断加大涉旅案件打击力度(enhanced efforts to fight tourism-related crimes).
自筹备组成立以来,共查处涉旅案件30起,抓获违法人员32人,行政拘留(be punished with detention)30人,对5人处罚款各1000元,有效地打击和遏制了旅游市场的违法犯罪活动.
"By establishing tourist police in the city, we hope tourists will feel protected while they are here," Xu said.
徐冰表示,我们希望通过组建旅游警察队伍,能让广大游客感到在三亚随时受到保护.
