"植入式广告"是随着电影、电视、游戏等的发展而兴起的一种广告形式,它是指在影视剧情、游戏中刻意插入商家的产品或表示,以达到潜移默化的宣传效果.

"Product placement" represents a kind of advertising technique used by companies to subtly promote their products and services through a non-traditional channel, usually through appearances in film, television, online games or other media.

用法:

Chongqing Wulong Scenic Area announced on July 7 that it will sue producers of the Hollywood blockbuster Transformers: Age of Extinction for failing to show its logo in the movie.

7月7日,重庆武隆喀斯特旅游公司在北京召开维权新闻发布会,针对《变形金刚4》中未出现"中国武隆"的违约行为进行说明,并表示将起诉一九零五(北京)网络科技有限公司和美国派拉蒙影业公司,要求对方承担赔偿损失等违约责任.

Wulong Scenic Area said it signed a deal with producers of the movie in October. The movie's producers promised to show the logo of the scenic spot on the big screen as a product placement. However, the logo is nowhere to be found.

2013年6月,重庆武隆景区入选《变4》中国场景拍摄地之一,武隆旅游公司同《变4》协拍方一九零五(北京)网络科技有限公司签订了协议,其中的条款中写道:在电影画面中将醒目地呈现"中国武隆"的标识,作为植入式广告.待到《变4》上映时,武隆旅游公司发现影片中并未按合同约定呈现"中国武隆"的标识,违反了合作协议约定.
