Buyi Band kicks off the second part of its nationwide 20th anniversary tour at the end of August.

Founded in 1995 in Yinchuan, northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region, the rock band has won the hearts of many music lovers with a free and simple style full of ethnic charm.

Many fan favorite songs feature a mellifluous melody, picturesque lyrics and an honest and straightforward expression of feelings, such as Autumn, Mutton Noodles and Setting Off. The liveliness as well as a tough and wild spirit of the music has inspired many.

In the past 20 years, Buyi Band stuck to its initial beliefs making music true to its character and its music voicing determination and optimism.

Touring in the first half of this year covered nearly 20 cities and despite a tight schedule the band never failed to give a perfect performance, with every concert packed with enthusiastic fans.

This year is a milestone for the band, which having matured in technique it remains a musical pioneer which will continue to rock on the road.
