Coffee Garden, a restaurant offering an Asian and international buffet, has just introduced an all-you-can-eat set menu for dinner. The set meal, at 198 yuan ($32) per head, plus 15 percent surcharge, includes 20 to 30 choices of main and side dishes, plus salad, dessert and sushi.
The chef recommends six of the main courses: fish "thread" noodles, Hong Kong-style fried prawn with garlic, braised beef cheek, fried lamb tenderloin and a combo of fish, shrimp and rib-eye steak, all prepared on view in open kitchens. The dessert station has about 20 choices of cakes, tarts and ice cream.
